JQ Team Store - Why?
Why start a team store? We have a few reasons for that. But before we get into that, let's make something absolutely clear. We are not attempting to take over all JQ sales worldwide, or become a new A Main Hobbies. We encourage you to purchase locally, and will be pushing for distributor and local dealer sales. We will also be limiting our product line to the stuff that we use for our own racing. Let me explain our thinking behind this team store in more detail.
There are two main reasons for us creating this store
1. We want to create a professional RC Racing Team, and as such we need a way to unify the team, promote products, and make it financially attractive for companies to support us, and financially possible for us to in turn run the team. A team store is the solution.
2. We realised that one of the biggest complaints that JQ racers had, was the lack of availability. We wanted to take care of this problem, by making sure that anyone, anywhere, can get a hold of all JQ parts quickly and easily.
This all seems pretty straight forward. So what is the problem? The main problem is the expected reactions of distributors and dealers. JQ is selling direct, why should we bother? In my opinion this is like saying: “Mugen already make and sell a car, why should I bother?” The idea of this team store is not to take a piece of an existing pie, but to grow it by a lot! JQRacing is not a leading brand anywhere except arguably Finland and Greece, for obvious reasons (that is where we are from), so there is a lot of room to grow. We will be promoting, spreading knowledge and information about new parts, and promoting and pushing local sales channels around the world. Jqracing.com will be the central location for all this activity. This will be good for everyone, existing JQ Distributors, current and future dealers, and of course racers!
Jqproducts.com will still exist, and it will redirect to a jqracing website dedicated to information about setups, stories, image and video galleries, just like now. Our goal is to share with you everything that we learn, and make sure that you can enjoy your JQ Cars to the fullest.
Here is the break down of how the new store will work, there are three versions:
usa.jqracing.com: This is the US version, with JQ, and a growing number of our partner’s products that we use, being sold there, all shipped from Los Angeles CA.
eu.jqracing.com: This is the EU version, with JQ, and all our partner’s products that we use, being sold here, all shipped from Helsinki Finland.
international.jqracing.com: This is the version for all other countries, with only JQRacing products being sold here for now. These will all be shipped from China.

Acceptance of general terms and conditions
By ordering from our site, you accept our general terms and conditions, including our Privacy Statement.
Price changes
JQ Deisgn Ltd OY reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process.
At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, JQ Design Ltd OY reserves the rights to cancel the order -notifications will be given.
PLACING AN ORDER
To be able to buy Products you have to:
• Provide your name and address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information
• Be at least 18 years of age.
Cancellation of Orders
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
• We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
• We do not deliver to your area.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail.
Change of Product Assortment
JQ Design Ltd OY reserves the right to change its stock availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
Product Information
We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur.
Damage During Transportation
All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us at: theshop
PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted forms of payment are:
• Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
• Wire transfer
Please note that all payments done by Credit Card are processed in € (EURO). This results in small fluctuations in the total of the $ (USD) amounts which are used in certain shop versions for reference, and the actual charged € (EURO) amount. A link is provided where you can check for live rates online in order to verify how much the charged € (EURO) amount will be in your own currency.
Please note that prices do not include possible import duties and/or taxes. Additional fees for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and JQDesign Ltd OY cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on import and customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
SHIPPING METHODS
• Orders placed in International shop:
All orders placed in our international version of the shop are shipped via FedEx or DHL from China. Orders can be tracked using the following links:

All orders placed in our EU version of the shop are shipped via Itella from Finland. Shipments can be tracked using the following link:

Please note that all prices do not include possible import duties and/or taxes. Additional fees for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and JQRacing cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
RETURN POLICY
Upon receipt of the order the customer is obliged to check that the products correspond to the order. Any problems with items in your order must be reported to us within seven (7) days of receipt. This includes missing or not shipped items, defective or damaged parts. You can return the defective or damaged parts within 30 days of the date of your order with prior authorization (this means we have to agree with the return). All returned products must be new, in their original packaging. The cost for the products delivered to our warehouse is entirely at the customer’s expense.
